The Mercantile Hotel New Orleans

I had a good stay in a long time. Fairly clean hotel, unique room, genuinely helpful staff. A refrigerator, a seating area, iron and ironing board in the room, ideal location.

Everything was good, fairly clean hotel, beautiful location close to Riverfront trolley to the French Quarter. Attractive and unique rooms with sofa and separate large bedroom, for instance, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is funky, clean, has very good location and rooms.

It has excellent staff and location for a really really nice stay at property during stay.

Brand-new & clean hotel. This venue was in a nice enough area close enough to the French Quarter, major attractions, the port. Furthermore it was within walking distance of harrah's new orleans. Beds were great.

Quaint place overall, it is fairly clean, location is AMAZING near convention centre.

Beautiful room, exceptional location and informative personnel. Delicious breakfast, excellent service. Plenty of supplies in the room : a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe and a refrigerator. The beds were too soft here, nevertheless it was a very nice stay all in all.

The bathroom I had was a bit small.

The place was fairly clean and stuff where responsive, I loved decent location. The room I booked was nicely furnished and exquisite with adorable sofa, coffee, coffee machine.

Staff was respectful, rooms are tastefully decorated, and I appreciated unbelievable location. Pastries and cheese were decent here. Fairly clean and functional hotel in Arts - Warehouse district. Moreover, it was short walk to - the port and all the big attractions like french quarter.

The hotel was SWEET, staff were happy to help, the room was appropriate. Relatively quiet location to Up in Smoke hq Cannabis Store. The beach nearby was clean and the view was fantastic. Tasty breakfast, with amazing pastries and cheese.

The room was reasonably priced. Lovely interior, amazing restaurant.

Best possible location, new building, we liked light rooms. Breakfast had plenty of food, including decent pastries and cheese. Hotel was fairly clean. Superfriendly stuff with smiles. Friendly reception.

Quirky hotel in a pretty nice area, the staff were supper friendly. They made my stay awesome. Cozy bed, light and warm room. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including pastries and cheese. Nestled close to casinos and restaurants.

Room was air conditioned and decent, the place itself was not expensive. I liked the breakfast, there was lots of great food. Fabulous staff, flexible check in. Really handy location - around 4-6 minutes away by foot from morial convention center.

My bed was not comfy, unfortunately.

Super central location, great-sized room. Breakfast was enjoyable, had fantastic meals. Loved coffee, air conditioning and soundproof windows in the room. There was a great pool on site too

Stunningly beautiful, fairly clean hotel with friendly location. Tidy and tidy rooms with the view of street that we thoroughly enjoyed. Variety of food at breakfast, such as cheese and pastries. Quick check-in, easy check-out.

It was a good base for our awesome stay. Skilful personnel, nicely furnished rooms, bright bathroom, easy location. Soft beds, microwave, coffee and sound-proofed windows were a nice touch. The service provided there was nice. A fantastic beach, excellent view.

The weather was fine, had best stay. Lovely breakfast with plenty of food, also with appetising cheese and pastries.

Recommend it and would stay there again. Very impressed with suite.

no reason to complain, we will be back. the hotel is in the business district. the restaurant was located within 500 feet. staff helpful there, rooms were very clean every day.

Spacious bed, perfect location, also the staff was friendly. You should definitely explore Arts - Warehouse district, it's worth it. An excellent restaurant was a definite bonus...
